By creating a product that only needs to be chilled once, right before serving, we’re saving up to 25% of the energy needed to prepare a pint of ice cream. This disruption to the world of frozen food is good news for the planet and ice cream lovers alike.
Because we produce mixes – not ready-made ice cream – we avoid shipping and storing unnecessary air and water, which means our products require less packaging.
